At Adastra we like to encourage our colleagues’ efforts to take action in the direction of improving their wellness in any way we can. That’s why we have an internal Recharge Program, which focuses on the topics of mental and physical health, our wellbeing and overall welfare.

After a brief pause, we are thrilled to announce the new chapter of our Recharge Program, now with an enhanced focus on work-life harmony. We have designed a series of six sessions that build upon each other to provide a comprehensive approach for our colleagues to achieving harmony in professional and personal life.

Each session will not only explain essential concepts but also offer practical techniques and actionable advice, ensuring that the strategies discussed are both understandable and implementable in real life.

This month we started with the first session about The Power of Self-Control. The session included several key areas such as:

Self-Criticism: Addressing self-criticism that leads to emotional imbalance and unhealthy perfectionism.

Self-Sabotage: Tackling issues like self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and negative internal dialogue-thoughts, feelings, and emotions-that hinder our potential.

Inner Conflicts: Understanding the dissatisfaction, low self-esteem, and anxiety that arise when you want something but don’t allow yourself to pursue it.

Negative Consequences of Lack of Self-Control: Identifying the adverse effects of poor self-regulation.

Techniques and Practices for Self-Control: Providing practical strategies to improve self-control.

This session sets the tone for the following ones, providing tools and insights that our colleagues can build upon throughout the program.

Expert-Led Sessions

To ensure that the topics are developed and presented in depth, we have invited experts who can provide both comprehensive and specialized perspectives on work-life harmony. These professionals bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in psychology, coaching, and personal development. Meet our partners:

Daniela Mileva: With over 16 years of experience as a Life and Business Coach, Trainer, and NLP specialist, Daniela has a profound understanding of personal and professional growth. Her expertise will guide you through practical strategies to enhance your self-control and overall work-life harmony.

Nevena Dragnev: A psychologist and personal development coach, Nevena offers individual consultations and leads a comprehensive 3-month mentorship program for personal growth. Her insights will provide a deeper understanding of the psychological aspects of work-life balance and practical methods to achieve it.

In the coming months, at least five more interesting and exciting sessions are planned, focusing on communication, conflicts, assertiveness, and many other relevant topics.

Our Recharge Program is more than just a series of sessions; it’s an opportunity for our colleagues to invest in their personal and professional well-being.
