Our Adastra team was eager to join the thrilling Legion Run challenge again this year. The event pushes our boundaries, helping us forge bonds under trying circumstances and come out on the other side stronger than before. Once more our Legionnaires showed their indominable grit and team spirit.

The team

From climbing over walls, through trekking mud, to crawling under barbed wire – our team faced it and more. Resolute and optimistic, they tackled the track unwavering in their support of one another. Not hesitating to lend a hand when needed, they cheered each other on every step of the way.

 

What was our reason to join again?

At Adastra we support events and initiatives that allow colleagues to interact and bond outside of the typical work environment. We believe those connections help us work together cohesively, offering support when needed without hesitation. Furthermore, the Legion Run is a true test of will, endurance and team spirit. It pushes people out of their comfort zones, offering a sense of achievement and personal triumph. We are also reminded that with the right mindset and a bit of help from our team, we can overcome any challenge both in a personal and a professional plan.

Looking back, we have learned a lot from our participation in the event. Year after year, our team faces new challenges, growing stronger and more confident as we help each other grow and welcome new colleagues.
