March was a dynamic month for Adastra Academy, filled with engaging events and impactful initiatives aimed at fostering connections, sharing knowledge, and developing talents. Let’s take a moment to recap the highlights:

We proudly participated in the IT Master Class that was held in our office in Varna. At the event, Ahmed Eshref, Global Delivery Manager for North America, shared valuable insights about projects, technologies, and business opportunities. He explored into one of the projects, discussed key aspects of the delivery process, while Lyusi Krasteva, as part of the HR team, presented career opportunities within the company. We are delighted to engage with young professionals, understand their interests, and explore various topics together.

Last month, our colleagues Milena Miteva and Iskren Yordanov successfully completed their lectures and activities at the Professional High School of Computer Programming and Innovations in Burgas, sharing their experiences and knowledge with students from XI and XII grades. Their lectures were part of the company’s initiative to collaborate with the educational community and provide professional development opportunities for young people. Milena and Iskren demonstrated to the students the real-world applications of the knowledge acquired in school and the opportunities available in the world of technology. The students appreciated the lecturers’ openness and willingness to share their experiences and answer questions. You can read more about it in this аrticle.

We also participated in the “Careers” forum at the University of Economics – Varna, where we had the opportunity to interact with a large number of students eager to develop and curious about our company. Our colleagues, Asya Ivanova and Lyusi Krasteva, faced a challenge of maintaining their voices throughout the day due to the different discussions with students regarding career opportunities, expectations, and development desires.

Another exciting event took place in March, with our colleagues Plamen Stoyanov and Petar Manchev participating at TU-Sliven. They delivered a very attractive live lecture to the university students, discussing Motion-based Video Surveillance in the Cloud. Both are highly skilled specialists in their field, and we are confident that their lecture was highly engaging for the audience.

We cannot overlook the Dine & Discover session, which we held both in our offices, and online. The topic was interesting, and sparked various discussions. You can read more about here.

We are thrilled to have had such a dynamic month filled with diverse events, participation, and initiatives. These opportunities enable us to connect with various individuals, audiences, and perspectives, further enriching our collective journey of growth and learning. Here’s to many more impactful endeavors ahead!
